Spring has sprung and as I ride through Covington Woods I see a lot of our neighbors are getting their yards ready for beautiful flowers and blooming shrubs. There are still a lot of residents who haven't gotten into the swing of things. A beautiful neighborhood makes a place where people want to live. It helps the sellers sell and the buyers want to look and buy.
April is our first month for signs to be put in the yards. We will put the signs out at the first of the month and pick them up at the end of the month. There are four bright spots and one yard of the month. Let’s make Covington Woods one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Sugar Land.
Congratulations to the winners for April 2012.

An unreasonably noisy animal is defined as an animal that is allowed to bark, growl, howl, whine or make any other sound loud and long enough to unreasonably disturb the peace of other people on the same, adjoining or nearby property.
If you are presently being disturbed by noisy animals in the vicinity of your residence and have had little success in remedying the situation, you may follow the procedures established in the Ordinance for filing a complaint with Sugar Land’s Municipal Court.
